Castle Halloween is the home of Pamela Apkarian-Russell - The Halloween Queen, author of many of the great collectible books listed towards the bottom of this page, and home of "The Trick of Treat Trader", the original Halloween collector's zine with lots of info as well as stuff for sale. Pamela also buys and sells collectibles, and probably has the largest collection in North America!
The Halloween Museum is the creation of Stuart Schneider, author of the book "Halloween in America" (see the books section for more info on it, BTW he has a new book that should be coming out in July called "Halloween - Costumes and Other Treats"). His site has lots of great inspiration and info on decorating your house and yard for Halloween, lots of Halloween collectibles, history and more.

Portals to the Beyond has lots of custom talking and Ouija Boards including some with the art of Kipling West
Check out the homepage of the designer of the Halloween Tarot, Kipling West. She has wonderfully spooky artwork and even has some spooky original Ouija Board artwork. This is one of the coolest decks I've seen and a must-have for Halloween collectors!
Mis-Magic's Haunted House is a virtual house also, this site behaves better with Internet Explorer than Netscape 4.7+ (I seem to remember it worked OK in earlier versions of Netscape)
